Terms & Conditions

By scheduling service with Signature Pressure Washing LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

We provide exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, driveway cleaning, paver cleaning, fence cleaning, screen enclosure cleaning, rust stain removal, and related exterior surface cleaning services. Services performed will be limited to those listed in the approved quote, estimate, or invoice.

2. Results May Vary

We use professional equipment, methods, and cleaning solutions designed to safely and effectively clean exterior surfaces. However, results may vary depending on the age, condition, and type of surface being cleaned.

Complete removal of all stains cannot be guaranteed. Some stains, including but not limited to rust, oil, battery acid, fertilizer stains, tannins, oxidation, paint, efflorescence, and other deeply embedded discoloration, may not be fully removable.

3. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or defects. This includes, but is not limited to, loose or damaged screens, brittle screen mesh, failing paint, oxidized surfaces, loose mortar, cracked or shifting pavers, damaged caulking, deteriorated wood, loose siding, worn roofing materials, faulty seals, and previously weakened structural components.

Cleaning may reveal hidden damage that was not visible before service due to dirt, mold, mildew, algae, staining, or other buildup. Any such issues are considered pre-existing.

4. Soft Washing and Pressure Washing

We use low-pressure soft washing methods where appropriate to reduce the risk of damage to delicate surfaces. Some services may also require controlled pressure washing depending on the material and condition of the surface.

Although proper care is taken during every service, the customer understands that exterior cleaning carries inherent risks, especially on aged or poorly maintained surfaces.

5. Rust, Stain, and Specialty Treatment

Rust removal and specialty stain treatments are performed using professional-grade products. While we make every effort to achieve the best possible outcome, full stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent or only partially improved.

6. Landscaping and Plant Protection

When cleaning solutions are used, we take precautions to protect surrounding landscaping by pre-soaking, rinsing, and following standard plant protection practices. However, we cannot guarantee against plant stress or damage due to pre-existing plant health conditions, chemical sensitivities, extreme weather, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property and service areas at the scheduled time. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the customer is also responsible for removing or securing all furniture, decorations, grills, planters, vehicles, equipment, toys, and other personal belongings from the areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for items left in the work area.

If areas are obstructed at the time of service, those areas may be skipped or cleaned only to the extent accessible.

8. Water and Utilities

The customer agrees to provide access to a working water source and any other necessary utilities unless otherwise arranged in advance.

9. Weather and Scheduling

Services may be rescheduled due to rain, lightning, high winds, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service as soon as possible.

10. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

11. No Guarantee of Permanent Results

Exterior cleaning removes existing dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and organic buildup, but does not prevent future buildup. Environmental conditions may cause surfaces to become dirty again over time. We do not guarantee that cleaned surfaces will remain free from staining or organic growth for any specific length of time unless explicitly stated in writing.
